Private male and female changerooms, with shower facilities, are available. Teshinkai students with a current membership also have full access to the Fit Republic gym, Bendigo MMA Muay Thai, and most group fitness classes at no extra charge. 

Fit Republic gym is one of Bendigo's best gyms with an impressive selection of the latest in weight machines, cardio equipment, and free weights. Also available for an extra charge, Central Victorian Performance- functional fitness, reformer pilates, boxing and the innovative Fit Recovery suite complete with infrared sauna, massage chairs and more. We offer plenty of onsite parking and an onsite cafe, perfect for a post-workout coffee. Members can also purchase a 24-hour access tag for a one time payment so that you can take full advantage of your membership no matter what time of the day or night.
